Got a question about hiring a guide at the Tikal Park Visitor Centre. I’ve read an old comment about a “guide booth” there where certified local guides were available to hire on-site. Can you confirm if this still true?
My husband and I with another couple will be staying at the Jungle Lodge in the Park. We thought we’d do a self-guided tour of the ruins. But I now realised a guide will be very helpful.
